Any purchase of goods from the site www.realunique.co.uk requires the customer to consult and accept these terms and conditions. The click validating the order implies full acceptance of these terms and represents the customer's "digital signature".
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods proposed online by Real Unique for the customer.
All contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchasing act.
Proof of Transaction
The records stored in the Real Unique Gift Company computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Validity Period of Offer and Prices
Our offers and prices are valid for the day the site is consulted and are subject to change without notice.
Real Unique Gift Company images are subject to copyright and are for illustration purposes. Product images may be used for social purposes, if you do not wish for your product to be photographed please advise in advance by emailing: email@example.com, Real Unique shall then refrain from taking images and publishing on a public gallery.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service.
The customer must inform Real Unique within 48 hours concerning any claim of delivery error or non-conformity of goods, in kind or in quality, compared with the information on the purchase order.
Personalised items can only be returned in the event of the receipt of damaged goods or a mistake on the part of Real Unique Gift Company. Please double check any personalisation, size and colour requests you send us as we cannot be held responsible in these instances. To request a change to your order once it has been confirmed you must email firstname.lastname@example.org, changes are not guaranteed as order processing may have already commenced.
If the product you have ordered is faulty or we have made an error you have 7 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be verbally reported to us before 1.00pm the next working day following delivery.
We are unable to accept returns for garments that have been machine washed, as our items are customised please ensure garments are hand washed only. Special accents / characters / emoji's cannot be printed on our products due to the various font types used, we are unable to accept returns for this reason.
When returning faulty items we may still ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt Real Unique will reimburse the costs incurred*. Real Unique shall pay you a reasonable* postage amount for the return of the product. We normally ask that goods are sent back via First Class Royal Mail.
* Please obtain a proof of postage in form of a receipt so we can reimburse you the full amount, unfortunately we are unable to accept any reclaim for postage if this is not provided.
* By reasonable we mean any delivery service equivalent to the cost of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and up to a maximum value of £5. We regret that we will not be able to refund excessive postage costs (for example goods being sent by special delivery or by courier when this is not necessary). If the postage costs are going to exceed £5 please contact us at email@example.com for further advice.
These terms and conditions remain valid and in force, even if one or more clauses are invalid or declared so under any law, regulation or following the final decision of a competent court.
All personal data you provide us is used to process your orders. This data will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection principles outlined in the Data Protection Act 1998.
