How long will my order take to be delivered?  

The majority of items we sell are made to order which means we do have set processing times for those items, processing time is time that it takes to order in, design, print, press and package your goods and does not include delivery time. All items have the processing time stated in the description. Processing time is in working days and excludes weekends, public and bank holidays. Delivery time is then on top depending on the service you select at checkout.

Are all of your products in stock?  

We hold stock of most of our items however, due to the majority of our stock being personalised it is impossible for us to keep set stock levels and in some cases something may become out of stock. In this instance we will email you as soon as possible with the option of an alternative item or a full refund.

How do I personalise my order and send you images?  

If you wish to add any personalisation to your item such as a name or date. On our items that allow personalisation you will see a personalisation box on the item description. You will also see an image upload box on the items that require images. If you do not see these boxes, these items do not allow personalising. We will not send personalised items out without personalisation unless specifically asked to do so.


Do you accept returns?  

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any made to order or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at within 24 hours where one of our team members will assist.


My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?  

We do have a strict quality control system in place during packaging however in the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. Please do not accept any parcels with damaged packaging.

We may require you to send us images so we can judge further on what action shall be taken.


I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

I have an old image although it got damaged, can I still use this?  

As well as printing we also offer a graphic design and image editing / manipulating service. We can edit, change, add and restore your image if required. Please note: This service carries a small charge dependant on the work that needs doing to your image.

I want to place an order but it is not in your shop  

If you would like to place an order but you cannot see it listed in our shop please contact us, it is very likely that we will be able to fulfill your order. Our supplier has a vast range of printable items that we can order in on your behalf.

Is it possible to buy a gift voucher for someone?  

At present we do not offer gift vouchers.
