How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The majority of our items are made to order which means the processing time is slightly longer than your average ‘pick off the shelf’ items, we take a lot of care and pride with our creations and would like to think they are definitely worth the wait!
To make it easier for our customers we provide a processing estimate at checkout, this will vary throughout the year depending on demand and the season. The processing time is worst case scenario and we do usually dispatch sooner however please do not order if you require your item sooner than this date.
Processing time is in working days and excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Are all of your products in stock?
We hold most of our items in stock however, due to the personalised nature of our orders it is impossible to keep set stock levels. In some cases we may find the item is no longer in stock, in this instance we will email you as soon as possible with the option of an alternative or full refund.
How do I personalise my order or send you images?
If an item does require personalisation you will find a personalisation box on the product page, you will also see an image upload box if the item requires an image. At present we cannot show image previews however we will contact you if there are any issues with the image provided.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any made to order or personalised items. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have an issue with you order please contact us within 48 hours where one of our team will be happy to assist.
How to I pay for my order?
We accept all major debot / credit cards and PayPal
