Lovely product with added personalisation which I had originally forgotten to add. However, any mistakes made by the company, which happened on another Order, will not be rectified by them which I find absolutely disgusting. I will definitely think twice before ordering again from this company.
I have looked at your email corrispondence and can see that the order in question was placed in January and was delivered to you some time ago, we do have a policy where we require customers to make us aware of any errors or none conformity of goods within 48 hours, this is clearly stated within our terms and conditions and can see that you selected the box to agree to these terms and accepted them.
It is not unusual practice to request orders to be inspected upon arrival and we do have to have limits in place, as the order arrived with you over a month ago we are unable to re-open the order as you have accepted the order as per our T&C's.
We are sorry to hear that you do not reccomend our company due to this.
